Cancelling a reservation
Cancel from My Reservations as early as you can so the next player on the waitlist gets your spot. Repeated no-shows may affect your membership standing under the House Rules.
Runs cancelled by the club
If a run doesn't reach its minimum or the club cancels it, reserved members are notified and the reservation is released. There is no fee involved because membership is free.
Leaving the club
Email ajball4all@gmail.com to leave. How your media is handled after you leave is described in the Terms.
Legacy subscriptions
No subscription is required for the club. If you still have an older paid subscription on file, contact us and we'll help you close it; past payment records are kept for accounting.
