1. Who you are contracting with
Stay Ready Runs is operated by BALL4ALL ("BALL4ALL", "we", "us"), in support of the Stay Ready Get Ready program. These terms apply once you explicitly accept them when you join the club or when prompted after an update.
2. Acceptance & eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent/guardian consent on your behalf. You confirm the information you provide (name, phone, email, emergency contact) is accurate and kept up to date, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
3. A free, private club
Stay Ready Runs is a free, private basketball club. There is no membership fee or required subscription. Free does not mean open to everyone: AJ (on behalf of BALL4ALL) decides, at his discretion, whether to approve, decline, pause or suspend any membership, and may do so without giving a reason, consistent with applicable law.
4. Account, membership and MAKES ONLY™ are separate
Creating an account does not make you a member. Accepting these terms does not make you a member. Membership begins only when an administrator approves it. MAKES ONLY™ full access is a separate approval. Approved members may reserve one spot in an open run, subject to capacity, the run minimum and confirmation rules, account standing, and the House Rules. A reservation does not guarantee a session until the run is confirmed.
5. Required public player showcase and media
Runs may be filmed. As a member you agree that BALL4ALL may capture, store, edit, host and display footage of you playing, and use it to show and promote Stay Ready Runs and MAKES ONLY™. Membership includes a standard public player showcase that you cannot switch off while you are a member: your display name, photo, basic basketball details, approved 7-second Intro Clip, Featured Make, and all your reviewed Makes, including chronological public BALL4ALL TV episodes for each run. This basketball presentation is viewable without signing in on the website and installed app; members cannot switch it to private or request a private profile. Original full-length camera footage remains member-only. Existing members must explicitly accept this version before broader public release; previous limited-preview acceptance is not full-public consent. Intro Clips are reviewed before they appear. Your phone, email, emergency contact and account details are never shown publicly (see the Privacy Notice). If you object to a specific clip, contact us and we will review it. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law.
6. Minors and sensitive consent
The club is for adults. If anyone under 18 appears in footage or participates with a parent or guardian's consent, their media will not be used for promotion without separate, documented parent/guardian consent. This section is pending legal review.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. This includes: unlawful use; fraud, chargeback abuse or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; sharing, reselling or transferring reservations or QR check-in codes; scraping, probing, uploading malware, or otherwise interfering with the security or integrity of the app. On-court conduct is governed by our House Rules.
8. Waiver & assumption of risk
Basketball is a physical activity with inherent risk of injury. By reserving and attending a run you voluntarily assume that risk and agree that BALL4ALL, Stay Ready Get Ready, the venue and their staff and volunteers are not liable for injury, illness, or loss of personal property, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You confirm you are physically fit to participate.
9. Intellectual property
BALL4ALL retains ownership of the app, its software, branding, documentation and content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for booking and attending runs. No reverse engineering, resale, redistribution, or circumvention of technical limits.
10. Service level & warranties
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app, and runs may be rescheduled or cancelled (for example due to venue or weather issues). To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If we cancel a run, the reservation is released.
11. Conduct, suspension, removal and leaving
We may suspend or end membership or MAKES ONLY™ access for breach of these terms, security or fraud risk, repeated no-shows, or violations of the House Rules. Your account and data are not silently deleted. After you leave or are removed, your public showcase is taken down within a reasonable time; footage already published in run highlights or promotional material may remain, and you can ask us to review specific clips. You can ask to delete your account as described in the Privacy Notice.
12. Updates and acceptance
These terms are versioned (current version: 2026-10-26). When they change, you must explicitly accept the new version before using member features. Continued use alone is not treated as acceptance. If you decline, member features stay paused and your account and data are kept.
13. Liability
Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law (including fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence), our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill.
14. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, and disputes are subject to the courts located in Michigan. Questions? Contact BALL4ALL at ajball4all@gmail.com.
