1. Who you are contracting with
Stay Ready Runs is operated by BALL4ALL ("BALL4ALL", "we", "us"), in support of the Stay Ready Get Ready program. By creating an account, joining the Club, or reserving a run, you enter into an agreement with BALL4ALL and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Acceptance & eligibility
Continued use of the app means you accept these terms and any updates posted on this page. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent/guardian consent on your behalf. You confirm the information you provide (name, phone, email, emergency contact) is accurate and kept up to date, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
3. What we provide
Stay Ready Run Club members may reserve one spot in an open scheduled run, subject to capacity, account standing, and the posted run rules. Membership does not guarantee a spot in a full run.
4. Membership and payment terms
Stay Ready Run Club membership is $50 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. Run access is available only while membership is eligible under the current billing period. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. See our Refund Policy.
5. Seller of record
BALL4ALL is the seller of record for all orders and is responsible for the service provided, customer service inquiries, cancellations and refunds. Card processing is handled by Stripe; we never store your card details.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. This includes: unlawful use; fraud, chargeback abuse or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; sharing, reselling or transferring reservations or QR check-in codes; scraping, probing, uploading malware, or otherwise interfering with the security or integrity of the app. On-court conduct is governed by our House Rules.
7. Waiver & assumption of risk
Basketball is a physical activity with inherent risk of injury. By reserving and attending a run you voluntarily assume that risk and agree that BALL4ALL, Stay Ready Get Ready, the venue and their staff and volunteers are not liable for injury, illness, or loss of personal property, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You confirm you are physically fit to participate.
8. Intellectual property
BALL4ALL retains ownership of the app, its software, branding, documentation and content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for booking and attending runs. No reverse engineering, resale, redistribution, or circumvention of technical limits.
9. Service level & warranties
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app, and runs may be rescheduled or cancelled (for example due to venue or weather issues). To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If we cancel a run, the reservation is released and your membership remains available for other open runs.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment or payment reversal, security or fraud risk, repeated no-shows, or serious or repeated violations of the House Rules.
11. Liability
Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law (including fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence), our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill.
12. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, and disputes are subject to the courts located in Michigan. Questions? Contact BALL4ALL at ajball4all@gmail.com.
