Who we are
Stay Ready Runs is operated by BALL4ALL, which is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: ajball4all@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
- Account details — first and last name, display name, email, phone, password credentials: to create your account and sign you in (performance of our contract with you).
- Profile details — optional profile photo and Instagram, TikTok and YouTube handles: to show you on the run roster, only as far as your privacy setting allows (consent).
- Emergency contact name and phone — used only if you are injured at a run (legitimate interest in player safety). Never shown on the public roster.
- Reservation and attendance data — runs booked, credits, QR check-in and no-show records: to operate the runs (contract).
- Order records — what you bought and when, plus the status of the payment: to provide your credits and keep accounting records (contract, legal obligation). We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data — device information, IP address and app usage/error logs: for security, fraud prevention and improving the app (legitimate interest).
- Support messages — anything you send us: to answer you (legitimate interest).
Roster visibility you control
On your profile you choose whether your social handles are visible to confirmed players, all registered users, or nobody. Your display name and photo are visible to signed-in players on the roster of a run you've booked. Your phone number, email and emergency contact are never shown to other players.
Who we share data with
- Service providers who host and run the app (cloud hosting, database, authentication, error logging).
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of run credits, payment processing, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Check-in staff and administrators of Stay Ready Runs, for operating the runs.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where required by law.
Retention
Account and profile data is kept while your account is active. Reservation and attendance records are kept up to 2 years for operations and safety. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically 7 years). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent (for example by setting your social handles to "nobody"). Email ajball4all@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, row-level database access rules so players can only read their own records, and separate staff and administrator permissions.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to keep checkout secure. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear them in your browser settings, but you will be signed out.
